*Tony WIlliams Sampler - Skinny to Fat. nearly 2 hours of The Master from 1966 till he got a bit fat in 1994! performances include 1966 complete concert w/ miles quintet, 1967 complete miles quintet concert, 1972 Ego clip, 2 songs from blue note concert in 1986, and a clinic clip from 1994 w/ DW kit w/ red hardware.

*Tony Williams VOL. II - this compilation features Complete VSOP performance in japan 1982 as well as other hot clips and solos including rare 15minute BET interview filmed just before his death, next clip is from sometime around 1979-80. freddie hubbard, dizzie, ron carter, and mccoy tyner burn up some solos. Then TW really kicks it on some 4's following that with a burnin solo. finally a 6minute long solo from germany 1988.

*Elvin Jones Video case study - 120 minutes of elvin from 1961, 1965, 1987 and various other clips. lots of solos clips etc. 1961 tape is from german TV, 65, is from europoean tour, 87 is from Kobe japan. video qlty is extrememly good.

*Jack Dejohnette - starts w/ solo clip from 1990 then complete show from miles 1970. A burnin tune w/ cecil mcbee. this is from blue note preserved 1985. next is a clip from rare sonny rollins gig early 80's era. jack plays w/ 18" bd with HUGE toms. 1 solo and lots of 4's w/ sonny. Closing out this tape is a complete 1988 Special Edition band concert from montreal jazz fest.

*Dennis Chambers - first clip is 35minutes of clinic from 1990 t-bred drum days. next is a couple tunes from mike stern band in 89. followed by 45minutes of niacin from tokyo in 86. lastly we have a couple clips from dennis' p-funk days: 79 brides and 85 p-funk. this tape has lots of burnin DC solos!

*A Million Miles Out - 120 minutes of miles davis solos and statements. nothin but miles . . and one coltrane solo

*Explicit Saxual Content - 110 minutes of all sax solos (and for you doublers a flute or 2 and even some bass clarinet). players include coltrane, sam rivers, dave leibman, sonny rollins, eric dolphy, wayne shorter and more

*Drum and noBass vol I - 120 minutes of contemporary drum solos and performances featuring tony williams, billy cobham, jack dejohnette, vinnie colaiuta and lots more

*First Family of Funk: Sly & the Family Stone - 120min compilation of rare performances including kraft music hall 68, ohio state fair 68, music scene 70,very rare 1973 ABC tv special, complete don kirschner rock concert, duet w/ tom jones in 76 and lots lots more.

*Slicker Thank Sly: the interview/talk show tape - 120 minutes of sly on the dick cavette show w/ complete interviews, sly on mike douglas in 74 and 75 (not much ali/bikell on this tape cause you can buy that in stores) and a nice clean copy of sly on david letterman playing w/ band. you get to see baby pic of sly, see his cars, his baby (a quick peek at cathy silva) and meet his parents. songs include, thankyou, small talk, time for living, family affair and more. there is only about 15minutes of same footage on both sly tapes

*FUI: funking under the influence this is a compilation of funky performances and clips from sly stone, pfunk, ohio players, stevie wonder, james brown, temptations, bootsy and more. this includes the entire hilarious episode of "rock school: funk" hosted by herbie hancock. 122 minutes of rare and varied clips to keep anyone inclined to the funk very happy. the funk doesnt stop with james brown and resume with medeski martin and wood or phish. see the mothership, see thankyoufalletinmbemicelf, see ohio players do fire, LIVE!, see stevie on the talkbox, see JB do 'payback' and break down the robot, soul swingin, mashed potatoes and more more more. this is my video version of those funk compilation cds they were adv on TV like "millenium funk party"
